• White-Glove Resolution: Provide rapid, unscripted, and highly personalized support to Walmart+ members via direct phone and priority chat channels.
• Proactive Account Management: Anticipate member needs before they arise. You will monitor high-value grocery deliveries and preemptively contact members if there is a logistical delay, offering immediate, generous solutions.
• Benefit Mastery: Serve as an absolute expert on all Walmart+ benefits, including fuel rewards, Paramount+ streaming integrations, and early-access sales, educating members on how to maximize their subscriptions.
• Feedback Curation: Gather highly valuable feedback from our premium members and synthesize it into actionable reports for our corporate strategy teams.
